Community standards
Help build a useful, welcoming archive.
Suggestions and corrections should improve the catalog for everyone. These rules apply to every public submission.
Do submit
- Accurate adaptation information with a reliable supporting source.
- Clear corrections that identify the field, proposed value, and reason.
- Concise, relevant notes written for a general audience.
Do not submit
- Racist, antisemitic, Islamophobic, anti-LGBTQ+, ableist, sexist, or other hateful content.
- Harassment, threats, slurs, dehumanizing language, or targeted abuse.
- Spam, repeated entries, deceptive promotion, scams, or malicious links.
- Private personal information, impersonation, illegal material, or sexually exploitative content.
- Fabricated announcements or sources that do not support the claim.
Moderation
Automated controls may rate-limit or quarantine submissions. Moderators may edit, reject, remove, or permanently block abusive material. A record appearing publicly does not mean every claim has been verified; look for its verification label.
Good-faith mistakes
Adaptation news moves quickly. An honest mistake can be corrected without penalty. Deliberate manipulation, repeated spam, or attempts to evade safeguards may lead to restrictions.
